Delete your account & data

You can delete your SmartBiz AI account at any time — directly inside the app, from WhatsApp, or by contacting us using the details below. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what is kept and for how long, and how to make the request.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open SmartBiz AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Under Danger Zone, type DELETE and tap Delete permanently.

Your login is closed immediately and you are signed out. You will not be able to sign in again with that account.

2. Delete from WhatsApp

If you use our WhatsApp assistant, send delete my data (or type unregister and choose “Delete everything”) and confirm. This permanently erases your business and customer data.

3. What is deleted

• Your login and personal profile (name, phone, email) — permanently.
• On a full-erasure request: your business records, catalog, customers and their contact details, sales, payments, and reports.

4. What may be kept, and for how long

When you delete only your login, your business’s financial records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance (for example, tax record-keeping obligations) and are no longer accessible to you. If you want everything erased, use the WhatsApp full-deletion above or ask us below and we will erase all business and customer data. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate logs that cannot identify you may be retained.
